Mr Richard Beazley is a highly experienced mining executive, with over 35 years of experience in strategic, battery metals and industrial minerals with strong expertise in magnetite. He has spent the last five years engaged as a consultant and non-executive director, restructuring and restoring value to various junior mining companies on the ASX.
He was previously Chief Operating Officer at Sandfire Resources Ltd (ASX:SFR) with oversight of the DeGrussa Copper Operation and Monty Underground project. Prior to that was a General Manager and Mine Manager across a range of opencut and underground operations in Australia. This included extensive experience in project development, construction and commissioning including constructing and commissioning the Nelson Bay haematite project in Tasmania for Shree Minerals, which is very similar to the Broula DMS Mine.

Ms Renee Minchin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of 2account, proven Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Via 2account she provides accounting, company secretarial and director services to international and Australian clients.
Ms Minchin has broad exposure to a range of industries that include finance, financial products, financial services, alternative food sources, into-home services, technology, hospitality, skincare, aluminium manufacturing, minerals exploration, corporate advisory, fund raising and family office.
Ms Minchin was the CFO for Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ), an ASX listed integrated financial services group, which provides corporate advisory services, wealth management solutions, financial planning, mortgage and leasing services, funds management, structured product investments, legal documentation, media services, wholesale broking, clearing and execution services, superannuation products and trading software.

Has built, commissioned and operated numerous processing plants as well as managing the ongoing operations of mines.
